We welcome all of shopper but due to Ribbonoutlet.com located in California and it is a B-to-B purpose on-line store, so California buyer needs to submit sales permit.

We accept flroist, craft, packaging or any other business buyers to become our member and only qualified member receives special prices and offers.   

To order placed during weekend and holiday, we will process it on following Monday or after holiday and we reserve the right to arrange proper carrier to ship order.

Shipping charge in shopping cart is a retail consumer freight and it usually take 3 ~ 6 working days for delivery. 

Ribbonoutlet.com shopping cart is a credit card off-line process so we don't charge to your credit card until before we ship your order.

Due to final packing weight or carrier's ( UPS ) fuel surcharge may be slightly different from estimate freight rate in shopping cart, we reserve the right to chose proper freight carrier for small package and bill the actual ( UPS ) freight charge on customer's final invoice.   $3.00 extra handling and service charge for request USPS service.
