Return Policy

Ribbonoutlet.com wish you will be delighted with your purchase.   This is a B-to-B website, please be responsible to your purchase decision.  Any return must contact us first and receive our authorization before ship back.

Please examine package(s) for all of items and make sure all of them are in good condition.   If there is any shortage or missing in fine packaging box, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving shipment. 

If product(s) received in damaged box condition, please contact carrier to claim damage.  All of packages shipped in good condition and with carrier basic insurance.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Returns must be delivered to us within 21 calendar days after order shipped and produts must remain in original condition.  All sales are final after those 21 calendar days.

If you refuse receiving your shipment upon delivery or want to return merchandise after receiving, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.

CLEARANCE/CLOSE-OUT item all sales items in this categories are sell as it is and NO returned or exchanged allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Except authorized return, shipping charges are not refundable.  Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.

We reserve the right to cancel orders of multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return.

If a store credit (rather than a refund) is issued for your return, it will be valid for one year from the date it is issued.  Store credits that have expired will not be honored.

To make an exchange or return:

Items must be returned in original condition.  Otherwise customer will not receive full credit for the return.

If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order for the ones desired; exchanges are treated as new orders and are not "swapped out" upon receipt of returns.

Please write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.

Use either UPS or USPS with insurance and tracking and promptly send to our Returns Dept.:

Please allow 2 ~ 3days from the day we receive the product(s) for the refund to be issued and the refund will be issued back to credit card used at the time of purchase.

If you have any issues with your order after delivery, please make us aware of this within 24 hours.
